The Recruitment Bunker are recruiting exclusively for an Accounts Administrator for a leading group of companies based in Perth.

Overview of the Role

  • Accounts Administrator
  • Salary – £21,674.00 – £23,795.20
  • Holidays: 30 days. Additional days per year of service, maximum of 5. Buy back scheme of additional 5 days

The multi-disciplined group has grown organically over the past 50 years and specialises in market sectors including automotive manufacturing, construction, technical consultancy, composite manufacturing, property investment, land development, mechanical services, heating, plumbing and electrical services, renewable technologies, software development and internet of things. Our client is located within a new state of-the-art office building in Perth, accredited with the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) Gold standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer/supplier queries
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  • Filing and archiving
  • Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets
  • Compiling reports
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks/administrative duties as required

Essential Skills

  • Desired 1 yearsexperience in a similar role
  • Experience using Sage 50 is essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
  • Excellent IT skills, confident user of MS Word / Excel / Outlook / Teams
  • Show commitment to customer care and provide a quality service to all customers through demonstrating patience and empathy
  • Ability to learn new products & processes
  • Comfortable dealing with queries over telephone, email and with MS Teams
  • Must have IDLR/Full Rights to Work in UK – Sponsorship or Work Permits will not be accepted/ provided.
