The Recruitment Bunker are exclusively recruiting for a Showroom Host, to work for our prestigious client Koenigsegg London. 

As a Showroom Host, you will be a confident, articulate, well-presented individual with an exceptional client centric approach, able to greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner, whilst providing a high-end concierge service.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Dealer Principal to devise and execute a bespoke concierge service designed to make clients and visitors feel they are in an environment of luxury and maximise their experience, which is second to none in the industry
  • Always maintain the pristine condition of the showroom, ensuring it reflects the luxury brand image
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the dealership’s business, products, and services
  • Welcome and assist visitors upon their arrival to the showroom, providing a warm and professional reception
  • Ensure clients are offered refreshments and that the seating and refreshment areas are consistently well-stocked
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or team member, and documenting messages as necessary
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Dealer Principal, aiding in the smooth operation of daily activities, including creating and posting approved social media content and ordering of showroom supplies
  • Processing sales of brand merchandise and be responsible for stock take and stock replenishment
  • Uphold a seamless and engaging client experience journey, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Represent the dealership at company events, facilitating introductions between customers and relevant contacts
  • Offer ad-hoc support across dealership functions as needed.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with clients to nurture relationships and foster ongoing engagement

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a prestigious automotive dealership or front-of-house role within a luxury retail brand
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and confident demeanour in interacting with both new and existing clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, coupled with strong administrative skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales software systems, with the capability to effectively utilise such tools
  • Passion for cars and an interest in the automotive industry
  • Proven organisational skills and exemplary time management skills
  • Commitment and discipline to adhering to the companies’ administrative protocols and procedures
  • A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and personal development and must be willing to work weekends at events if required
  • Must have IDLR/ Full right to work in UK- Sponsorship will not be provided.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior experience using the Salesforce system.
